Your path in budo — belts, exams, seminars and the masters' stamps — you carry it, and you never lose it again. On your phone or on the web; and if you run a dojo, you manage it from the same place: members, attendance, grades, events.
The plan is to launch everything at the start of the season, in September. We're looking for dojos, associations and practitioners to put it through its paces: start the season with a tool that hits hard.
Not two products for two people: the same Budopass on phone and web. Each surface is complete — from either one you practise and manage. Pick the one you need in the moment.
The surface that lives on the tatami. The QR at the door, your budopass ready in the changing room, your reply to the class in one tap.
The surface that loves space. The month, the register to check, an event's sign-ups: the things that breathe on a laptop.
Create an event step by step and publish it. People sign up from the app or, if they don't have it, from the public page with the QR. At the desk you stamp attendance in one tap; whoever has an account gets the certificate automatically.
Members from the app, guests from the event's QR — no login.
Present in one tap; waive or «later» on requirements.
Invite other bodies; with their consent they appear and notify their members.
The masters' stamp lands in the budopass of whoever was there.
The bodies you follow and your dojos post camps, exams and notices: they reach you in Budopass. The essentials — a ratified grade, a confirmed sign-up, a stamp received — always get through; for the rest, you decide what to receive and from whom.
Follow a body: its camps and notices reach you, even without being a member.
The class in two hours, tomorrow's event, the certificate about to expire.
Ratified grade, confirmed sign-up, stamp received: you won't miss them.
By type and by body — with the preview always in-app.
Attendance isn't filled in twice: whoever practises records it with the QR, whoever leads checks it. Same for a class and for an event's desk.
They see the class or the event, and at the door they show their personal QR: the desk stamps it and attendance is recorded, certified by the code.
They open the register already full of check-ins: it says 10 of 14, names who's missing and shows where each attendance came from — from the QR or marked by hand.

A lifetime of training, told well: grades, stamps, attendance, events — with the provenance of each.
Every kyu and dan in the new token: white background up to kyu, black from dan, the belt as a bar with the knot. Dated, with the master.
The master's stamp is a tracked attestation: on an event's certificate and on every ratified grade.
Step-by-step creation, sign-up for guests too, the desk, co-organisers. From invite to certificate.
The personal QR at the desk records attendance. The master checks it from the register, doesn't re-enter it.
The month's classes, the camps, the closures. The student replies «I'll be there», the manager sees who confirms.
Aikido here, judo or karate there: each membership its own grades and exams. Brought together in «My budopass».
Start right away, bringing your story as it is. What the master confirms becomes verified — without waiting for anyone.
Even from a photo of your old paper booklet: the grades you already have you declare, and they're yours right away, marked «declared».
declaredYour dojo ratifies what it saw you earn. The stamp becomes a verifiable attestation, with the examiner's name.
ratifiedNew exams, new camps, new attendance. The budopass fills up on its own, and stays yours whatever dojo you choose.
Washi paper, sumi ink, the red of the hanko. App and admin share the same system — tap it and watch the preview change live.
Change dojo, change city: your budopass follows you. No one can take it away or delete it.
We ask only for what the budopass needs. No collecting data that has nothing to do with the tatami.
What's declared says so, what's ratified proves it. Trust is shown, not boasted.
Full launch is set for the 2026/27 season, in September. Right now an invite-only pilot is under way: web access and the stores aren't open to the public yet.
