Your dojo, without the paper register

Members, attendance, grades, calendar — from the browser on the big screen, or in your pocket from the app when you're on the tatami. Not «how many members do I have»: what's on tonight, what you need to do, how it's going.

Three questions, not a table

Open it and you see tonight (the class about to start), the things to do — with names, not just a number — and how it's going, one row per course. Red is who can't train, amber is what's owed: never the same colour.

«Memberships: 2» tells you something's there. «Bianchi, Conti — the oldest one 3 days old» makes you act.

All your members in a single list. Filter by discipline, search by name or code, and sort however you need: by grade, by surname or by attendance rate — to see at a glance who's drifting away.

Everything about a person, on one card

Open a member and you have their history in order: membership and expiries, medical certificate, the ratified grades with dates, attendance and fees. From here you renew, assign a grade, record a payment.

The member code is the one they show at the desk for check-in.

The register

You verify, you don't call the roll

The class opens already full of the check-ins done with the QR. It says 10 of 14, names those missing and shows where each attendance comes from — from the QR or marked by hand. The question «who's missing?» already has its answer written.

The month, at a glance

The month grid with classes coloured by status — held in green, scheduled in accent, camps in blue, closures dashed. Click a day and the side panel opens the class: time, room, expected, status — and from there you enter the register. Create a class from the day with the ＋.

On the app the same calendar becomes a scrolling agenda — the surface changes shape, not content.

Bring your dojo to Budopass

You register like everyone, then open your body: you declare the disciplines, the masters, the courses. The manager role isn't a type of account — it belongs to the context, and you earn it with approval. The same you who trains elsewhere, here leads.

A judo master issues the judo grades; the manager looks after members, attendance and grades. Each one their own piece.

You train here, you lead there

You don't need a different account to teach: the role belongs to the dojo, not to you. In the same Budopass you're a student where you train and a manager where you lead.
