Build the seminar step by step, and forget nothing
Details, dates and venue, requirements, co-organisers, poster and documents: one step at a time, saved automatically as a draft. You add the poster and PDF only after the first save — so you don't get stuck at the start.
The event can't be published until the co-organisers and endorsing bodies have confirmed or declined.

Identity — name, dojo, grade, contacts — comes from the profile: nobody retypes it. You add only the event's questions and the consents: single choice, menu, numbers, acknowledgement of a PDF, photo/video consent. Required or optional, as you like.

Members through the app, guests through the QR
Budopass users register in a tap. Everyone else scans the event's QR and registers from the web, without logging in. Same form, same list: at the desk there's no difference.
The QR is on the poster and on the event's public page — you share it wherever you like.

At the desk, one tap = present
The day's list, from laptop or phone. You search or scan the QR, one tap and they're marked present — and if they have an account the seminar arrives in their budopass, stamped. Requirement not met? You waive it, send them back or reject.

Co-organisers, endorsements and stamps
Seminars are often organised jointly. Every organisation involved gives — or denies — consent to appear, to lend its logo and to apply the stamp of its teachers.
Co-organisers
You invite another organisation: with its consent it appears among the organisers and notifies its members. Until it answers, the event stays a draft.
Endorsement & logo
You ask for an endorsement: the organisation chooses what to grant you — just the name, or the logo too. You ask, it authorises.
Teachers' stamps
Each organisation has its teachers with their stamps. The organiser names the teachers who taught — with the permissions granted — and their stamps end up in the budopass of those who were there.

Anyone who was there and has an account finds the seminar in their budopass, already stamped: event, dates, organisers and the stamps of the teachers who taught. Just like the paper booklet — and it stays there for good.
You find it among your seminars and events, by year — not among your grade exams.
